Fajitas
Full authentic Fajita bar. Chicken or Steak (There will be a upcharge for Steak). Includes Tortillas, protein of choice, grilled peppers and onions, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Choice of 2 sauces. Red Pequin, green jalapeno or white garlic sauces. Pinto beans and Mexican rice or cilantro lime rice.
Tacos
Full authentic Taco bar. Ground beef or Chicken. Corn tortillas, choice of protein. All toppings included Cilantro, onions, cheese and limes. Grilled jalapeno, pinto beans, your choice of Mexican rice or cilantro lime rice. Your choice of 2 sauces our Red Pequin, Green jalapeno or our white garlic sauces.
Burrito’s
Full authentic Burrito bar. Your choice of Ground beef, chicken or Carnitas includes cheese, grilled jalapeno, black beans, Mexican rice or cilantro lime rice inside. Sides of Chips and salsa
Breakfast burritos with cheese, scrambled eggs, potatoes, green chile and choice of protein. Brown sugar carmelized bacon, maple breakfast sausage, chorizo or spicy breakfast sausage.
All burritos bar options come with green chile and choice of 2 sauces.

Homemade Spaghetti and Meat Balls
Classic Spaghetti and Italian Meatballs. Pasta, fresh homemade beef and pork meatballs, Our signature homemade sauce. Served with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, garlic bread and a traditional salad. Your choice of 2 homemade dressings. Creamy Italian, ranch or vinaigrette.
Homemade Lasagna
Classic authentic Italian Lasagna with your choice of ground beef or Italian sausage. Our signature homemade sauce, mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan cheese. Served with bruschetta and a Caesar salad with our signature Caesar dressing.

Classic American Sliders with your choice of hamburger or grilled chicken. Served with Classic French fries or sweet potato fries, pasta salad or Cole slaw. Your choice of sauces BBQ, white BBQ, ranch or our fry sauce.

Get a taste of these amazing wings! Served with your choice of Classic French fries, sweet potato fries, Your choice of Cole slaw, or veggies and ranch dressing. Your choice of Hot BBQ, mild, medium, hot or habanero hot sauce.
